\n2 \u2013 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development preferably in HVAC \/ Air conditioning
\nShould have experience in Technical \/ Projects sales in HVAC industry preferably in VRF & Ducted systems
\nHeat Load Calculation, Prepare Tender \/ techno-commercial offer,
\nGenerate sales enquiries, submit techno-commercial offer, follow up & closing the sale, advance payment collection
\nAbility to build relations with consultants & architects to generate new business
\nAppoint and develop new dealers & contractors
\nFind & develop good suppliers \/ vendors for installation materials
\nMarket mapping and identifying new business segments \/ avenues.
\nCo-ordinate with Planning \/ Designing team for preparation of initial drawing
\nWorking knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD & MS Project
\nGood communication & presentation skills<\/p>\n
