\nDocuments financial transactions by entering account information and internal controls
\nRecommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options and internal auditing
\nSummarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, reports to regulators and other reports
\nMaintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
\nGuides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
\nReconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
\nSecures financial information by completing data base backups
\nPrepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
\nAnswers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
\nComplies with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions<\/p>\n
\nMaintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
\nPrepare and pay all tax obligations, such as GRA, PAYE, etc
\nKeep and maintain assets register for company<\/p>\n
\nHaving completed Ghana Stock Exchange courses is an advantage but not a requirement
\nAt least 3-5 years\u2019 work experience
