\nCoordinating field operations and activities of field officers including training
\nHelping to improve and maintaining a database of members and clients of the institution
\nUndertake member needs and satisfaction assessments and make recommendations
\nSet and monitor targets given to field officers and provide reports
\nOccassionally engage members and client through regular visits
\nSupervise collected savings and loan repayments and close accounts of field officers
\nPreparation of Branch Budgets<\/p>\n
\nMaintenance of proper financial records and cash transactions
\nAssist in internally auditing accounts and carry out banking transactions
\nResearch and identify appropriate solutions or systems to improve operations
\nIssue a reports and make a presentation to highlight areas of improvements and recommend appropriate solution
\nPreparation of financial reports and Bank of Ghana prudential returns as required<\/p>\n
\nAt least 10-15 years work experience
\nSalary 5000-8000 Cedis. Expires in 7days<\/p>\n
