The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring the quality standards of\u00a0all security services, ensuring adherence to regional standards.<\/p>\n<p><b>Role Responsibility:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Effective management of the division\u2019s financial performance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage relationship between actual results, budgets and forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Initiate cost saving model and controls<\/li>\n<li>Gross Margin Management<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Labour Efficiency according to standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Overheads control according to standards<\/li>\n<li>Achieve Contract profitability according to targets<\/li>\n<li>Prevent claims through regular customer risk assessments<\/li>\n<li>Achieve existing Revenue Growth<\/li>\n<li>Manage escalation to completion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Effective management of the division\u2019s people performance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proper allocation of employees to positions to fulfil contract requirements<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and address employee turnover<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate level employee training and development<\/li>\n<li>Maintain excellent employee motivation, performance management and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Ensure employees adhere to standards and address accordingly in line with G4S policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client retention and maintaining customer service levels<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that all required formal customer meeting are scheduled, attended and documented<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality service delivery in line with the \u2018G4S Way\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New business development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying new business opportunities in the region\u2019s sphere of operations, as well as in terms of growth of business with existing customers, driven by the promotion of integrated security solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the competitor environment faced by Uganda<\/li>\n<li>Involvement in community and business forums and general public profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Ideal Candidate:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant Tertiary qualification<\/li>\n<li>Successful completion of higher schooling qualification +3<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two to five years\u2019 relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>Five years\u2019 experience in operations management<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to manned security services and Cash services is a distinct advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading people<\/li>\n<li>Delivering performance<\/li>\n<li>Managing professionally .<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating and Co-operating<\/li>\n<li>Driving Change<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Written communication skills, at a high proficiency level<\/li>\n<li>Verbal communication skills, at a high proficiency level for English would be desired.<\/li>\n<li>Computer proficiency in:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1.Microsoft Word<br \/>\n2.Microsoft Excel<br \/>\n3.Microsoft PowerPoint<br \/>\n4.EasyRoster Advantageous<br \/>\n5.VIP Payroll Advantageous<br \/>\n6.Google Mail and Google Drive Advantageous<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to employing Africans for Africa which would give preference to local Ghanaian\u00a0citizens.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>G4S is the leading global integrated security company specialising in the provision of security products, services and solutions.
