To be the face of the brand, the manager that lights the way with leading and managing successful teams.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Retail Shop Manager &#8211; COMCBU008<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019re responsible for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I Keep on top of all store costs\u00a0\u00a0(cash loss, credits, stock loss\/adjustments,) and protect all Vodafone assets<\/li>\n<li>I Achieve compliance standards and satisfy all audit requirements including Health &amp; Safety, handling of customer data and security.<\/li>\n<li>I Work with my team to make processes better and simpler<\/li>\n<li>I Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by my team<\/li>\n<li>I Keep all store team data\u00a0\u00a0up to date on Vodafone systems<\/li>\n<li>I Work with my team to make sure the store looks great, is in line with the latest promotion guidelines and that product displays are working properly<\/li>\n<li>Carry out daily housekeeping and store standard checks to approved levels<\/li>\n<li>I proactively coach and support my team to give them the best opportunity to succeed in store and with their career at Vodafone by completing their annual and half yearly PD.<\/li>\n<li>I Review and improve my teams performance through on the spot coaching sheets and monthly 1-2-1\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>I am quick to recognise and effectively respond to poor or under performance.<\/li>\n<li>I empower my team to make decisions and solve challenges.<\/li>\n<li>I hold regular team meetings\/daily briefings to generate ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Be proactive with team succession planning and work closely with the resourcing team when recruiting new team members.<\/li>\n<li>Lead by example and behave in the \u2018Vodafone Way\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Reward and recognise when my team who behave in the \u2018Vodafone Way\u2019<\/li>\n<li>Be the best Retail Store Manager you can be, using feedback, training, coaching and support to help you get on in your career.<\/li>\n<li>Attend Regional meetings and communicate back to the team<\/li>\n<li>Contribute Regional activities if asked, share best practise with other stores<\/li>\n<li>Support any Retail trials or initiatives and report any challenges timely to relevant department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully managed a team for 12 months<\/li>\n<li>Warm with strong customer focus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and competitive<\/li>\n<li>Ability and interest to learn about technology<\/li>\n<li>Able to use computers<\/li>\n<li>Able to analyse information<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates effective ways to build customer relationships (rapport, identifying customer needs, resolving customer queries)<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness &#8211; an appreciation and interest in the mobile telecommunications industry<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of all products and services<\/li>\n<li>Reviews, manages and develops self and others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Type:\u00a0Full-time<\/p>\n<p>Employment Type:\u00a0Permanent<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date:\u00a027-Sep-17, 11:59:00 PM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To lead and develop a team in providing a world-class customer experience \u2013 putting our Customers at the heart of everything we do in every interaction.
