\nEscalate STR \/ SAR; arranging teller vouchers for onward submission to the central records keeping unit.
\nKeeping track record of error regularization with branches and acting as backup to fellow validation officers and other job-related duties.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Archiving batches properly for easy retrieval
\n\u2022 Follow up on correction of recorded \/ identified errors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ensure efficient and effective usage of office equipment
\n\u2022 Logging of issues in relation to the work environment<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Handling branches\u2019 enquiries in a manner that meets agreed service level standards
\n\u2022 Reporting all suspicious transactions to the unit manager
\n\u2022 Custodian of courier bags keys and filing safe assigned to you
\n\u2022 Record and report all discrepancies identified in the case of normal day\u2019s work
\n\u2022 Consolidation and submission of daily MIS for management decisions
\n\u2022 Submission of the consolidated teller reports by the 5th of ensuing month.<\/p>\n
