This complements our drive to building sustainable high performance organizations.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"boldLabel\">Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Financial Accountant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The personnel is to provide timely and effective monthly financial accounts and management reporting<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"boldLabel\">Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary degree with at least 3 years of hand-on accounting working experience<\/li>\n<li>Data entry into accounting software with accurate financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, motivate and control<\/li>\n<li>Experiene in an audit or tax or accounting firm is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Very accurate with figures, data and information<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make quick and effective decisions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team and alone<\/li>\n<li>Very good accounting software skills &#8211; Simply Accounting, Tally, Sage, or Quickbooks etc.<\/li>\n<li>Very good interpersonal and communication skill<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working under sustained pressure to produce results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"boldLabel\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial reporting monthly, annual etc.<\/li>\n<li>Daily and monthly Bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>Management of financial business documents: invoicing, billing, vendors etc.<\/li>\n<li>Produce management accounts<\/li>\n<li>Champion financial audits<\/li>\n<li>Handle all statutory remittances on time<\/li>\n<li>Manage the payroll system<\/li>\n<li>Undertake any other assignments and duties that may be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span class=\"boldLabel\">Compensation:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bodytext\">This position offers very competitive remuneration and job satisfaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"boldLabel\">Additional Info:<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TDI Global is a multinational performance management company that helps position\u00a0public and private organizations to achieve sustainable high performance.
