\n\u2022 Ensure correct accounting for Gross to Net, timely and complete accruals through SAP system (and off-line where relevant)
\n\u2022 Check and validate proof of performance for trade activities
\n\u2022 Monitor and track the performance of customers versus prior year and annual plans.
\n\u2022 Maintain customer performance scorecard and KPIs
\n\u2022 Support the channel and Finance team with timely, insightful reporting and analysis
\n\u2022 Provide insight into customer performance and provide recommendations to improve performance.
\n\u2022 Assist in preparing the data and managing finance reporting systems (OPAL, FIT) for planning purposes \u2013 budget, revised forecasts, and actual reporting.
\n\u2022 Monitor and continuously improve relevant processes.
\n\u2022 Compliance with SOX, adherence to company policies and procedures and effective liaison with internal and external auditors<\/p>\n
\n(b) Experience or skills required
\n– At least 3 years in commercial finance; FMCG or related industry exposure is a must.
\n(c) Specialized knowledge or skills required
\n– Strong business acumen;
\n– Strong influence capability;
\n– Be able to work Independently;
\n– With team management experience would be a plus;
