\nSuccessful applicant will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and must be capable of instantly driving change and performance.<\/p>\n
\nDrafting and implementing a new comprehensive HR policy
\nCreating and managing a new professional corporate image and identity
\nRestructuring and revamping the work force to deliver optimum productivity
\nRecruiting, developing and improving employee performance
\nAssessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
\nEnsuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
\nDeveloping an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 5 year top level HR management experience in a highly reputable organization
\nExperience in implementing and executing cutting-edge HR policies
\nDemonstrate leadership and change management at the top level
\nStrong knowledge of the Labor Law and HR Systems & Databases
\nMBA in Human Resource Management plus IHRMP or other professional HR qualification will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
