\nJob Title: Accounts Officer
\nDepartment: Finance and Administrative
\nImmediate Supervisor: Finance and Administrative Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Management of petty cash
\n\u2022 Purchase of consumable items and stationery
\n\u2022 Writing of cheques and keeping of connected documents
\n\u2022 Preparation of travel expenses forms
\n\u2022 Record daily financial transactions
\n\u2022 Payment of bills
\n\u2022 Collecting, and organizing payment of invoices.
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned to him\/her by designated superiors.
\nDuration of Employment: 2 years subject to annual appraisal and renewal.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of two years working experience in similar position with first degree and four years working experience with HND
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
\n\u2022 Ability to use an accounting based software for instance Tally will be an advantage<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Computer literate
\n\u2022 High Integrity
\n\u2022 Must be good team player
\n\u2022 Be able to work independently and in a team
\n\u2022 Possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Possess initiative and ability to adapt and cope with pressure.
\n\u2022 Display organizational awareness and commitment.
\n\u2022 Ambitious and results-oriented.
\n\u2022 Have a stable disposition, be open to criticism and willing to learn.
