\nJob Title: Project Field Officer (PFO), Northern Region and Upper East\/ West Region
\nDepartment: Programs
\nImmediate Supervisor: Programs Manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Mobilize and sensitize communities on key project strategies to ensure community ownership of the project.
\n\u2022 Undertake regular project implementation and monitoring visits to project districts.
\n\u2022 Build relationships and maintain regular contact with project stakeholders and beneficiaries.
\n\u2022 Develop strong relationship with key project partners.
\n\u2022 Support in program design, review and implementation.
\n\u2022 Support in identifying new project strategies to achieve project results.
\n\u2022 Report on programmes activities from the District level.
\n\u2022 Support in drafting, and production of activity, quarterly, annual and final reports on all activities to donors, consortium partners and network members.
\n\u2022 To support in the development of Terms of References (ToRs) of activities, and implementation of appropriate monitoring and evaluation strategies.
\n\u2022 Prepare program activity budgets.
\n\u2022 Work closely with the other staff in the day to day management of the secretariat.
\n\u2022 Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned to him\/her by designated superiors.
\nDuration of Employment: 2 years subject to annual appraisal and renewal.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Minimum of three years working experience in peacebuilding\/ development.
\n\u2022 Direct experience in program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience of varied project compliance requirements is desired.
\n\u2022 Experience in training and workshop facilitation.
\n\u2022 Good experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and use of Excel to do varied presentation of data and reports.
\n\u2022 Must be community-oriented person and willing to live and work in remote areas.
\n\u2022 Must be peace, culturally and gender sensitive both in interaction and communication.
\n\u2022 Must be able to deliver on time.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Possess critical report writing skills
\n\u2022 Must be good team player
\n\u2022 Be able to work independently and in a team
\n\u2022 Possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Possess initiative and ability to adapt and cope with pressure.
\n\u2022 Willing to travel and work outside normal hours.
\n\u2022 Display organizational awareness and commitment.
\n\u2022 Ambitious and results-oriented.
\n\u2022 Have a stable disposition, be open to criticism and willing to learn.
