\nDevelop partnership with sales team in meeting proposal needs
\nOversees implementation of global contracting strategies.
\nDevelops corporate contracting policies and guidelines, contract model forms and systems
\nReviews, drafts and negotiates assigned contracts and\/or commercial documents
\nWork across multiple functions ie Legal, tax, HSE, quality and finance representatives to identify various project-related risks or concerns
\nIdentifies contracting trends and improvement opportunities
\nHandles special projects, as assigned
\nLeads, guides and advises senior management on commercial issues<\/p>\n
\n5+ years experience as a Commercial Leader
\nAdvanced knowledge of contracting statutes
\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills
\nDisplays leadership in implementation of initiatives
\nCommunication link between Operations, Team Leads, Global Account Managers, Product Line Sales Managers and across the enterprise
\nMust have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role\u2019s location<\/p>\n
\nExcellent negotiating skills
\nStrong attention to detail
\nCommitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
\nSelf directed, goal oriented and innovative
