\nDrive and deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of Specific Retail Products & Services.
\nOwn and manage personal product & channel sales targets to contribute towards own sales objectives.
\nIdentify when & where to refer customers to an appropriate area of delivery for specialist sales help or advice.
\nIdentify cross \u2013sell opportunities when making customer contact so as to maximize the customer value from each interaction.
\nDeliver world class customer service practices and ensure adherence to Barclays Service standards.
\nOwn customer queries and complaints by forwarding all complaints received to the appropriate branch for action.
\nAchieve operational rigour excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure 100% compliance.
\nMinimise potential for fraudulent applications by following each product criteria.
\nEnsuring that impairment is well below the recommended standard given by the bank from time to time.
\nEnsure compliance with operations risk & rigour requirements e.g. Health & Safety standards and security of premises.
\nBuild effective relationships with team members and retail support staff as well as key support functions.
\nShare knowledge experience and best practice with other team members.
\nProvide honest, direct and constructive feedback to others
