\n\u2022 Offloading goods from containers to the company\u2019s warehouse
\n\u2022 Sorting goods offloaded from containers and preparing it for delivery to the various recipients
\n\u2022 Loading goods into Vans for delivery
\n\u2022 Delivering goods to clients across the regions in Ghana.
\n\u2022 Confirmation of deliveries after every delivery.
\n\u2022 Any other duty as deemed necessary

\n\u2022 Have good numeracy skills.
\n\u2022 Ability to respond professionally to client queries.
\n\u2022 Ability to resolve conflict and complex issues related to customer services.
\n\u2022 Must be physically fit, strong and energetic as lifting of relatively heavy parcels form part of the job.
\n\u2022 Working experience in similar roles is a plus.

\n\u2022 Fluency in English and Twi.
\n\u2022 Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team.
