\n\u2022 Not less than 3 years post qualification working experience in a tertiary institution, 3 of which should be at the grade of at least Assistant Registrar or equivalent
\n\u2022 Strong managerial and organizational skills
\n\u2022 A good knowledge of the rules, procedures and practices of a tertiary institution<\/p>\n
