Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Title: Operation Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Preparation and implementation of operational work plans and budgets
\nManagement of service staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators
\nManagement and monitoring of services budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances
\nDevelopment and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies
\nResolving performance issues among staff and volunteers engaged in services Managing Contract Performance
\nMonitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts including performance of any sub-contracting partners Financial tracking and monitoring of contract income
\nEnsuring contractual and regulatory (funding) compliance
\nReporting contract performance trends and issues to service delivery staff and senior management
\nMaintain relationships with Monitoring Officers
\nManage relationships with partner
\nResponsible for ensuring all funding monitoring reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner, including from sub-contractors
\nProduction of monthly Management reports for internal senior management decision making
\nAd hoc reports as requested by the CEO and partners and business development
\nAnalysis of performance leading to service changes and improvements to increase subscription and funder outcomes\/level of satisfaction\/perceived
\nvalue of the project
\nCollaborative working with other Managers on the project to strengthen relationship and expected outcomes for the project
\ncollaboration with external and internal management functions and staff
\nDevelopment of workforce plans including competency frameworks to meet the operational requirements of the organisation
\nManagement of change plans including internal and external communications, HR and related technical issues.
\nProduction and oversight of commercial and other terms of service materials, instructing and taking advice from professional advisors as relevant
\nProduction and presentation of reports and updates to CEO, to support internal strategic and performance review processes (including to Board) and with external development work groups and fora<\/p>\n

Representing the Organisation<\/p>\n

Meet legislative and all relevant regulatory requirements
\nLead on the development and monitoring of quality assurance systems
\nStrategic involvement with fundraising for projectsQualification
\nAdept at Microsoft Office Suite
\nExcellent written and oral communication
\nSound knowledge of financial statements
\nReport Writing\/Business Communication
\nKnowledge of advertising landscape
\nPolicy Development
\nEvaluation and Monitoring
\nNegotiation
\nAnalytical\/Problem Solving skills
\nA Master\u2019s Degree in Economics from a recognized University PLUS a minimum of 10 Years corporate experience, 5 years of which should have been in
\na managerial capacity.<\/p>\n
