Previous experience in software QA is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To effectively manage BusyLab&#8217;s QA department<\/li>\n<li>To manage the process of acknowledging defects, testing and\u00a0releasing the product according to the highest quality standards<\/li>\n<li>To establish implementation plans, adhere to them and mitigate deployment risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tertiary degree and relevant work experience. Or, secondary education and substantial work experience.<\/li>\n<li>One or more professional certifications (ISEB\/ISQT Foundation or Practitioner or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as QA manager or QA lead\/supervisor is required<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Windows and Linux.
