\nConduct resource audits with external auditors
\nSupport Reserves Based Lending (RBL) and other financing options
\nEnsure that commercial opportunities are sought to maximize value for the Business
\nEnsure compliance with the Laws and Regulations of Ghana as well as with contracts and agreements
\nManage stakeholders in Government and other Partners to ensure alignment of the Business strategy and delivery of goals
\nMaintain and enhance integrated activity plans, prepare budgets, cost reviews and regular production reports
\nLead and resource the Subsurface, Commercial and the Legal teams to deliver the performance objectives of the Business Unit.
\nIdentify, de-risk and optimize subsurface and commercial opportunities within Ghana to create value for the Business
\nProvide commercial evaluation to support investment decision making<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in subsurface production Engineering or in a related discipline
\nMinimum of 20 years\u2019 onshore oil and gas development experience
\nExperience in managing Joint Venture Partners, Governments and other stakeholder relationships
\nExcellent technical skills in an offshore development setting
\nStrong operational skills and experience
\nStrong field development planning skills in a complex setting
\nCommercial evaluation experience<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
