\nDrive continuous improvements in asset integrity across the business unit
\nDevelop and manage asset integrity management metrics in line with the Operations Team KPI\u2019s
\nDevelop, implement and maintain appropriate Integrated Management System (IMS) content for asset integrity management
\nEnsure that Safety\/Environmental Critical Elements (S\/ECEs) are appropriately identified and defined
\nEnsure that the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) planned maintenance is appropriate for maintaining asset integrity.
\nHave oversight of Business Unit Safety Case status, Case to Operate processes, S\/ECEs and Performance Standard Management.
\nMonitor conformance with corporate production operations and asset integrity policies and standards, recommend and support improvements
\nLead Operations Readiness and Assurance (OR&A) Maintenance & Integrity reviews, pre-start-up assurance reviews
\nProvide management expertise for asset shutdown planning and execution.<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 15 years\u2019 offshore oil and gas development experience
\nDetailed working knowledge of Energy Institute Process Safety Management Framework (or equivalent)
\nExtensive experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Operations including deep water subsea with an asset maintenance and integrity background.
\nExperience working with Operation and Maintenance contractors
\nGood understanding of computerized maintenance management systems
\nGood working knowledge of UK Safety Case Regulations
\nGood understanding of Class and Flag State requirements for FPSOs
\nProficient in the use of Maximo Asset Management software is preferred.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
