These partners could include NGOs, national government agencies and private sector clients who have purchased a license to access Esoko\u2019s web and mobile-based application and plan to launch market information systems in their countries. This position is a client support role to help our partners and clients as they deploy Esoko&#8217;s market information services worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct business-to-business support for market information services worldwide;<\/li>\n<li>Provide consistent hand-holding and basic technical, usability &amp; customer service support to account holders using Esoko\u2019s services, including online assistance &amp; online training;<\/li>\n<li>Deal with bugs &amp; specific client requests about the platform;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor existing clients\u2019 usage of the Esoko platform and collect statistics for reporting purposes;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a liaison with the technical and quality assurance teams to help solve customers\u2019 technical issues or requested improvement to the software;<\/li>\n<li>Train Esoko clients and partners to use on platform usage &amp; MIS methodology;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with creation and revision of training materials, methodologies, implementation plans, and other materials.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in client and partner meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Create invoices for clients and partners;<\/li>\n<li>Other administrative &amp; logistical tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A Successful Candidate will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy being part of a dynamic business team in a start-up environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability and patience to conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Good attention to detail and organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial spirit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>A bachelor&#8217;s degree in agriculture, business, social sciences or other related field, or equivalent in experience and education.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, write and speak English and French fluently is required.
