\nAdministration of the West Africa HR Function (including preparation of contracts, file maintenance, system maintenance, etc.)
\nOnboarding and retention;
\nProviding HR Support to the region (including responding to HR queries, providing education and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, implementing disciplinary measures, and termination); and
\nParticipating in global, regional and national projects.
\nA Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline;
\nA minimum of five years\u2019 experience as an HR Generalist;
\nProficiency in the use of Excel or other data handling software;
\nStrong interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
