\nTo be responsible for delivering budgeted results
\nTo have a well-trained, disciplined and tightly controlled and managed Branch network capable of delivering high quality financial services nationally
\nTo maintain excellent relationship with the Bank of Ghana ensuring that all reports are accurate and delivered on a timely basis
\nTo meet with Senior Management (Operations, Audit, Human Resource, and Accounts) every Monday with emphasis on results and meeting targets
\nTo organize bi-weekly meetings with credit officers to assess performance and set goals
\nTo undertake\/carry out any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned you from time to time to meet the objectives of the Company<\/p>\n
\nMinimum of 3-5 years of senior management experience, preferably microfinance
\nMinimum entry qualification for job post is 1st degree<\/p>\n
\nA track record of managing a financial institution in a competitive environment
\nExcellent negotiation, marketing and presentation skills
\nA working knowledge of financial software and spreadsheets
\nKnowledge micro, small and medium enterprise market segments in Ghana or similar countries will be an advantage
\nProficiency in use of Microsoft office suite<\/p>\n
