\n\u2022 Performs local procurement\u2019s of goods and services, in coordination with the project\u2019s operation Manager, following all relevant USAID and Abt Associates policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Specific tasks include preparing and conducting local tenders, organizing the receipt and assessment of quotations and developing and maintaining a tool to track purchase orders and outstanding vendor payments.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of Federal and AID acquisition regulations (FARs and AIDARs) is required<\/p>\n
