\nSupervise the entire planning process from procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics.
\nCommunicate with key personnel and line managers in the procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, distribution and logistics department of the organization to ensure they work in within the organizations objectives
\nExamine the production process at hand and take necessary steps for improvement and cost reduction
\nDevelop and implement long term goals in order to ensure efficiency.
\nMentoring abilities towards the subordinates in all the departments.
\nMaintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of materials remain unhampered.
\nEnsure budgetary control
\nPrepare annual budget for approval<\/p>\n
\nFirst Degree from a recognized university in marketing, purchasing or logistics
\nCIPS or CILT
\nGood oral and written communication
\nStrong IT background in MS suite
\nGood presentation skills
\nGood understanding of consumer marketing and supply chain management<\/p>\n
