\n\u2022 Supervise the repair, upgrading and maintenance of all I.T equipment, systems and resources
\n\u2022 Directs and assists staff in the provision of user support for I.T infrastructure and systems
\n\u2022 Provides technical support for all I.T infrastructure and systems
\n\u2022 Inspects and validates newly procured I.T equipment and systems
\n\u2022 Compiles and monitors I.T warranty and service level agreements with all I.T solution providers
\n\u2022 Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 6 years post qualification relevant work experience with a reputable organisation
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the council in consultation with the Public Service Commission
