\n\u2022 Collects correspondence from the post office and other organisations as may be directed
\n\u2022 Dispatches letters and documents to various individuals, institutions and organisations
\n\u2022 Conveys office equipment \/ materials \/ documents form one place to another within the council\u2019s facilities
\n\u2022 Loads and off loads goods \/ materials \/ documents from one place to another within the council\u2019s facilities
\n\u2022 Loads and off loads goods \/ materials \/ equipment from stores, vehicles etc
\n\u2022 Runs photocopies in the council
\n\u2022 Undertakes basic errands in the council
\n\u2022 Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the council in consultation with the Public Service Commission
