The successful candidate will be required to conduct research on meat handling, storage and processing and lead the Centre in producing excellent high quality meat and meat products for the public
\nHe\/she will provide some extension services and be required to teach Meat Science 25% of the time
\nRequired Skills or Experience<\/p>\n
Candidates should possess a PhD in Meat Science<\/p>\n
