Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Central & West Africa Area CI & Implementation Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Continuous Improvement:<\/p>\n \u2022 Deliver defined projects for Area OPS functional excellence activities Project Management<\/p>\n \u2022 Prepare and drive the overall implementation project plan across all geographies and functions, including operations, IT, HR and finance. Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n \u2022 Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with local clients at operational levels. \n\u2022 Coordinate and review all OPS functional excellence activities in Area
\n\u2022 Drive Area implementation of best practices from fragmentation to scalable knowledge
\n\u2022 Develop change management strategies and plan with emphasis on a process oriented approach
\n\u2022 Sustain CI deployment and maturity in country and do area coordination of continuous improvement
\n\u2022 Coach Area LT on CI sustainability and Lean behaviors<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Provide clear visibility of project status to internal and external stakeholders by establishing project milestones, go\/no-go stage gates, and operational readiness criteria. Track the progress against these and escalate issues and delays in a timely manner.
\n\u2022 Set expectations and get agreement with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Manage risks rigorously from sales opportunity to stable operation to ensure sustainable profitability and preventing of \u201ccure\u201d situations.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Lead the client through the on-boarding process and act as the clients\u2019 centre of gravity on implementations and issue resolution.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ensure initial SOP\/IOP compliance across all origin and destination offices.
