Job Title:\u00a0Sponsorship Business Initiative Coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n

Major Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Child protection and risk management
\nSupport field staff to maintain the Organization values and practices of child monitoring, participation and protection.
\nSupport in identifying, assessing and managing risk risk in all Sponsorship initiatives (media, social Medias) for child protection.
\nFacilitate proper management of ADPs Sponsorship issues raised by Audit and evaluation reports.<\/p>\n

Design and Implementation
\nAssist the Sponsorship Manager in decision making on, adaptation to context and planning of new initiatives
\nAssist the Sponsorship Manager in leading implementation, monitoring and reporting on Sponsorship business initiatives.
\nMonitor and provide technical support to Clusters \/ APs to maintain KPIs in all Sponsorship 2.0 products and new initiatives according to Partnership standards
\nFollow-up on partners\u2019 queries about Sponsorship new initiatives to ensure that all the Partnership initiatives are implemented in the required deadlines at all levels (Head Office& Cluster \/ AP).
\nCapacity building
\nMake regular field visits as necessary to train, coach or orient the Cluster \/ AP staff on Global Center \/ National Office Sponsorship New Initiatives (social medias, video, audio, Web\u2026), in partnership with the communication manager, ICT team, and on use of Sponsorship marketing & communication materials,
\nElaborate user guides to ensure continuous capacity building and quality in the use of the sponsorship processes.
\nBuild capacity of field staff in Sponsorship Business New Initiatives & Management to maintain partnership standards
\nContent production, reporting
\nCoordinate processing of sponsorship marketing materials: design APR\/Christmas Card, all Sponsorship 2.0 Child & Community Content (Child Greetings Video, Child Greetings Photo, Child Update Photo, Community Update Photo, Community Farewell Video, YUV-CSM, Community Update Video, etc\u2026)
\nProvide monthly reports and report on all assigned responsibilities in a timely manner.
\nPerform all duties, in compliance with the Organization values and principles, as assigned by the Sponsorship Manager
\nQualifications: Education\/Knowledge\/Technical Skills and Experience
\nThe following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
\nEducational level required: BA \/BSC Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development studies \/planning, Social Science disciplines or related field.
\nExperience: 3 years working experience in Sponsorship Management or related fields
\nWorking Environment \/ Conditions:
\nWork environment: Office-based with frequent travel to the field
