\n\u2022 Respond to customer services requests and inquiries and process customers needs and requirements
\n\u2022 Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners
\n\u2022 Provide lease administration documentation for properties
\n\u2022 Initiate and implement methodologies in managing properties
\n\u2022 Initiate work processes to enhance business growth
\n\u2022 Assist and support administrative and field staff to maximize performance
\n\u2022 Implement best practices, procedures and standards in real estate operations<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A professional course in Real Estate will be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Have a strong working relationship with Land and Housing regulators in Ghana
\n\u2022 Relevant and significant work experience in real estate management, rental, sales and maintenance
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate with owners, staff and tenants in an effective and efficient manner
\n\u2022 Computer literacy, record keeping and strong leadership abilities are also required
\n\u2022 Manual dexterity and knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment may be helpful in more hands-on positions
