\n\u2022Undertake major performance interventions if needed
\n\u2022Support the FET to influence at the key decision gates of innovation business cases
\n\u2022Drive post-launch interventions
\n\u2022Partner with Categories to complete active portfolio reviews
\n\u2022Review impacts of performance interventions
\n\u2022Identify major risks and opportunities
\n\u2022Develop corrective actions to close gaps to targets
\n\u2022Make decisions around significant adjustments to carry into the financial forecast<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Commercial acumen
\n\u2022Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills
\n\u2022Strong negotiation and influencing skills
\n\u2022Strong team leadership skills
\n\u2022Qualified accountant or MBA or equivalent<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Significant Finance Business Partnering and Category \/ Customer experience
\n\u2022Experience with the identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L
\n\u2022Experience in driving P&L performance improvements (e.g. closing gaps vs. target) and holding others accountable (particularly peers and senior leadership)
\n\u2022Significant experience managing a large and complex set of stakeholders
\n\u2022Experience in presenting to and communicating with senior Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
