\n\u2022 To devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving distribution objectives through effective
\nplanning and budgeting; and identifying opportunities for growth<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Plans and coordinates annual production and product replenishment activities
\n\u2022 Develops, implements and monitors strategies\/programmes to increase the distribution of Scriptures throughout the country.
\n\u2022 Prepares presentations and schedules meetings with Bible distributors \/bookshops.
\n\u2022 Conducts periodic research\/surveys to identify opportunities for increased distribution of scriptures
\n\u2022 Keeps data on the performance of each product and advises on their contribution to total sales<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Proven track record of success in Marketing and Sales.
\n\u2022 Good understanding of Channel Management and Supply Chain processes.
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
\n\u2022 Strong interface management skills.
\n\u2022 Must be self-motivated and have ability to lead a team.
\n\u2022 Assertiveness \u2013 ability to articulate views and decisions and stick to them where necessary.
\n\u2022 Must have a valid driver licence and the ability to drive long distance.
