\nResponsible for ensuring sales (revenue) and profitability (net) is in line with or exceeded company standards
\nResponsible for training, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
\nFully responsible for pre-job planning (equipment and personnel) and mobilization
\nExpert knowledge on Upper Completions
\nAssist clients by providing solutions for issues
\nBe the client\u2019s focal point for\u00a0Upper Completions\u00a0operations at the rig site
\nEffectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
\nActively participated in knowledge sharing
\nEnsured all Rig reports reporting requirements were fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis
\nFollow up failures with the maintenance team and ensure failure reports are closed with clients
\nPrepare invoices on time<\/p>\n
\n6+ years\u2019 experience in Upper Completions.
\nThorough understanding of customer requirements
\nThorough understanding of processes and procedures relating to the operating area
\nProficient in the use of PC\u2019s
\nAbility to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development
