Job Title: TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Location: Accra, Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting Line: Regional Total Reward Center of Competence Manager Middle East & Africa based in Dubai<\/p>\n

What can you expect?<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the Total Rewards Manager for the Region you will be the functional leader responsible for the design and implementation of Total Rewards policies and strategies throughout the Central and West African Region by aligning with Corporate Human Resources and receiving Center of Competence guidance to ensure that they generate a competitive advantage for the business in attracting, retaining and motivating our talent accordingly and fostering a high performance culture.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities of this role will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensuring a compelling Total Rewards proposition for employees
\nEnhancing Total Reward capabilities in the Nestl\u00e9 Central and West Africa Region
\nDefining effective communication of Total Rewards
\nFlawless execution of annual Total Rewards processes
\nEmbedding a pay for performance culture
\nProvide local context on competitive pay practices based on internal and external benchmarking Definition and implementation of local benefit programmes
\nTotal Rewards Cost Management
\nDefining and embedding recognition programmes that improve employee engagement and performance
\nWho are we looking for?<\/p>\n

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven professional preferably with relevant experience in compensation & benefit.<\/p>\n

Successful candidates will ideally have experience of working with large corporate organisations in a similar role, although we are happy to consider those from different backgrounds with the requisite skill-set.<\/p>\n

Other attributes would include:
\nMinimum university degree level education or equivalent.
\nPreferably a minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in Compensation & Benefits
\nExperience as Human Resource Business Partner (preferable)
\nHands-on experience in SAP, HR or Payroll systems.
\nExperience with Key Performance Indicators (Creation and use of metrics)
\nUnderstanding of employment law & labour regulations (preferable)
\nExperience in employee cost management \/ budgeting
\nAdvanced use of Microsoft Excel
\nStrong project management experience
