We are committed to being a leading global messaging and voice API company, leading in terms of value offered, customer service, talent development and consistent growth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Ghana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strategic<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and reach potential clients to offer Route Mobile &amp; RouteVoice products.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor existing client needs and opportunities to appropriately cross-sell products.<\/li>\n<li>Observe and understand Industry behavior\/trends.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitor offers and products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain &amp; develop relationships with potential leads and clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7 Operational<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contact potential leads to introduce RML\u2019s Products and Services.<\/li>\n<li>SMS (Outbound &amp; Inbound)<\/li>\n<li>Missed Call<\/li>\n<li>Outbound Dialers<\/li>\n<li>Number Lookup<\/li>\n<li>Mobile APPs<\/li>\n<li>Update sales data with the opportunity pipeline and respective status of various leads.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly keep in contact with existing clients to keep up to date and poll them for new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Reply to demands or questions from clients in timely manner to ensure healthy impact on both sides.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily\/weekly\/yearly SMS &amp; Voice traffic of existing clients for positive\/negative warning signals.<\/li>\n<li>Contact key clients based on warning signs and forecast to avoid any revenue leakage or capitalize on new revenue<\/li>\n<li>Liaise internally with other departments for product or price updates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with client and internal departments to assist with implementation &amp; technical set up including customization requests.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with finance on receipt of purchase to ensure setup and implementation of solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide escalation support to clients virtually or on premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7 Financial<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To generate revenue through sale of products and services that are offered by Route Mobile &amp; Route Voice<\/li>\n<li>In conjunction with line Manager, provide Annual Sales Projections<\/li>\n<li>Ensure healthy revenues &amp; payment cycles are maintained by customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00b7 Desired Skills &amp; Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in dealing with Enterprise Customers from sectors like Telecom\/ Mobile VAS \/ Mobile APPs \/ Mobile Software \/ Messaging<\/li>\n<li>4-6 years of Similar domain\/industry experience with 4-6 years in sales and marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication skills (written &amp; verbal) in English.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills (verbal) in the respective local language.<\/li>\n<li>Should possess clarity of thought and ability to present proposal to customers in a crisp manner.<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer interaction &amp; negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive the sales for the region at independent level<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently with self-discipline and motivation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Only Local candidates must apply.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Route Mobile&#8217;s vision is to connect the world through mobile technology, helping customers, partners and employees to prosper locally as well as globally.
