\nEstablish suitable organization structure and implement development programmes to optimize competence and productivity
\nEstablish close working relationships with regulators and key stakeholders in risk management in order to bring to bear good governance and best practices
\nManage the risk level of the Bank by ensuring compliance with all legislatives regulations
\nAnalyse and monitor the Bank\u2019s exposures to ensure asset quality.
\nOversee the management of the Corporate Division as well as the management of the Recoveries & Collections Department
\nReport on performance of the Risk Management Division to Executive committee and the Board
\nRequirements
\nMinimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\nAt least fifteen (15) years working experience in banking and financial services sector of which ten (10) years must have been in a senior management position
\nCFA, FRM, CCRA, ACIB, CA, ACCA or CIM) would be an added advantage
\nA Master\u2019s degree would be an advantage
