\nGenuisbrain International is seeking to engage on behalf of the company an experienced Business Supervisor.
\nReporting to the Managing Director in the United Kingdom through GeniusBrain, the successful candidate shall undertake inter alia the following duties:
\nCoordinating and collaborating with the office in UK to ensure quality and smooth service to customers particularly in the delivery of goods
\nSupervising the offloading of goods and delivery to clients
\nResponding to phone calls, enquiries and handling all complaints of clients professionally
\nNotifying clients of delivery of goods days before delivery date
\nMaintaining and managing customer files and databases
\nEnsuring adherence to company policies and procedures by all personnel
\nManaging administrative processes and monitoring documentation for delivery of shipped goods
\nHandling all administrative duties in the Ghana office
\nManaging and checking deliveries and goods shipped to Ghana.
\nSet systems and processes for checking goods delivered by drivers and confirmations of all deliveries to clients including reporting back to the
\nUK office.
\nFollowing up on shipment arriving at the port (clearing, offloading, sorting, delivering and confirmation of deliveries.
\nPreparing receipts and payment accounts as required
\nMarketing Adom Shipping to clients<\/p>\n
\nCompensation:Attractive and negotiable salary.<\/p>\n
\nHave Good working IT skills using Microsoft Office tools;
\nGood numeracy skills. Ability to supervise or support delivery personnel and set up an office.
\nAbility to resolve conflict and complex issues related to customer services.
\nMust be physically fit, strong and energetic as light weight lifting might be required.
\nEssential
\nMust have good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Twi.
\nPeople centered, Able to work with own initiative, Presentable, polite and tactful. Excellent administrative skill.<\/p>\n
