\n\u2022 Cross-selling and up-selling the range of products and services available to the predefined list of existing accounts
\n\u2022 Generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiation across all medical and security service solutions as per guidelines and assigned clients or prospects
\n\u2022 Providing consistent administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department in relation to the client renewal process, on-boarding of clients, invoicing of clients and client reporting
\n\u2022 Assisting with tenders and RFP\u2019s as required
\n\u2022 In conjunction with operations, investigating and preparing draft responses to complaints handling and quality assurance events
\n\u2022 Managing and coaching members of the client service team and providing a leadership role
\n\u2022 Monitoring and assisting the client services Ghana team with the implementation of client service activities
\n\u2022 Interfacing effectively with the sales and marketing, operations, finance\/billing and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 5 years working experience in an operationally\/ commercially focused analytical and\/or customer service role
\n\u2022 Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets
\n\u2022 Proficiency in the English language (Oral and written)
\n\u2022 Be business oriented, goal driven and self-motivated
\n\u2022 Be I.T savvy
\nLocation: Accra<\/p>\n
