\n\u00b7 Manage, control and supervise the activities of the Clearing and Forwarding operations staff
\n\u00b7 Monitor payments of debit notes (shipping and terminal)
\n\u00b7 Deal with customs queries where the clearing staff cannot resolve same
\n\u00b7 Report daily activities Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in the clearing process
\n\u00b7 Agree on costs and disbursements to carry out clearing
\n\u00b7 Check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address problems with inventory control
\n\u00b7 Ensure proper compliance and adherence to all appropriate regulations, policies and laws
\n\u00b7 Consistently promote a strong corporate culture, quality and high performance work teams<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7 Perform regular visits to qualified prospects and customers, in accordance with Managements directives, to drive the business and grow the company\u2019s revenue, market share and profitability
