\n\u2022 Monitoring and ensuring compliance in respect to legal and regulatory
\n\u2022 Assisting in drafting contracts adn other legal documents to ensure company\u2019s legal rights are protected.
\n\u2022 Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
\n\u2022 Applying effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advise on possible legal risk
\n\u2022 communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external counsel and other public authorities<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 High degree of professional ethics and integrity
\n\u2022 Sound judgment and ability to analyse situations and information
\n\u2022 Outstanding communications skills
\n\u2022 At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in Law
