\n2008 in some selected districts in the Northern Region.
\nCurrently, Abt Associates is implementing Indoor Residual Spraying (IRS) in Seven selected districts in the Northern region: Kumbungu, West Mamprusi, East Mamprusi, Mamprugu\/Moagduri, Bunkpurugu-Yunyoo, Karaga, Gushegu, districts.
\nWe are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill temporary positions as Store Assistants at each of the following operational sites\/ sub-district:<\/p>\n
Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n Job Title: Store Assistant<\/strong><\/p>\n DISTRICT \u2013 OPERATIONAL SITES<\/strong> Responsibilities \u2013 Store Assistants (22)<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Keep records of all materials moving in and out of stores using Stock Cards, Request and Delivery Forms, Store Ledger etc. Qualification Required & Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 DBS\/WASSCE certificate or higher How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Please look through the above mentioned operational sites\/ sub-districts and select any one where you wish to be considered for the position of an IEC Assistant and state this in your application letter.<\/p>\n \u2022 Application letters that do not have specific sites\/ sub-districts stated will not be considered. 1. \nKaraga \u2013 Karaga and Pishigu
\nGushegu \u2013 Gushegu, Galwei and Nabuli<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ensure that all used materials (eg. Empty Sachets, Nose masks etc) add up to the quantities issued and used
\n\u2022 Ensure that all insecticides moving out of stores are properly labeled and serialized to avoid any pilferage.
\n\u2022 Ensure the store is kept clean and items neatly packed on pallets.
\n\u2022 Be able to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
\n\u2022 Carry out weekly inventory
\n\u2022 Take good care of all project properties at all times
\n\u2022 Assist the Site Manager if the need arises.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Relevant work experience.
\n\u2022 Possession of a valid motor riders license is an added advantage
