\n\u2022 Write reports for management and monitor all budgeted project expenditures
\n\u2022 Manage all project funds and ensure all financial records are in accordance to established accounting policies.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders
\n\u2022 Review quality of the work completed with the project team and ensure that it meets the project standards
\n\u2022 Monitor the progress to ensure it success
\n\u2022 Act as the liaison between country manager and project site
\nProject Evaluation
\n\u2022 Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
\n\u2022 Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
\n\u2022 All other duties that ma be assigned, these may not limited to office duties.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Working experience in the industry a plus
\n\u2022 Ability to speak and write in both french and English (Advanced)
\n\u2022 Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organisation and to create new opportunities
\n\u2022 Knowledge of project management and contract execution<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Ability to travel frequently abroad and domestic
