\n\u2022 Acts as an advocate for children -raising the awareness of the needs, neglect, nurture and potential of children in poverty and challenging and enabling those witin one\u2019s influence to greater involvement and effectiveness on behalf of children
\n\u2022 Supports overall holistic child development and provides ongoing subject matter expertise in using\u00a0high quality data to measure program inputs, outputs, outcomes. Aids partnership facilitators, program support team and church partners by providing coaching and knowledge within monitoring and evaluation. Stays current in field of expertise including industry standards, national policies and best practices
\n\u2022 Utilize multiple tools and instruments that enable the partners and the program team to conduct empirical assessment through baseline surveys at the onset of partnerships monitoring and evaluation reports, analyzes high quality baseline\/needs assessment data to inform program design
\n\u2022 Evaluates general partner compliance and adherence to standards, procedures and policies related to program quality. Works the partnership facilitators and the program support team to provide information on intervention milestones realization, financial report status, child development milestone monitoring, partner maturity progress and such other programmatic aspects that would lead to the realization of partnership outcomes
\n\u2022 Monitors partnership dashboards to track critical program dimensions and performance and enables the National Office to see meaningful improvements or\u00a0decline in performance. conducts simple analysis and interpretation of dashboard metrics movement and makes recommendations to the partership facilitator
\n\u2022 Is responsible for budgeting and planning for baseline surveys and other monitoring and evaluation activities in the National office
\n\u2022 May provide expertise to other professional and support staff in the monitoring and evaluation discipline<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 ExperienceL At least 3 years of experience working in this position or field
\n\u2022 Work environment: Office \u2013 Standard office environment
\n\u2022 Physical Demands: Sitting, standing and\/or walking for up to 8 hours per day
\n\u2022 Travel requirement: may be required to travel up to 10% of normal schedule<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Effective communication & collaboration skills
\n\u2022 Data analysis and visualisation skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, knowledge of salesforce is an added advantage
\n\u2022 Understanding of high quality data and the importance of strong data collection & interpretation principles
\n\u2022 Strong critical thinking
