Reporting to the Production Manager the successful candidate will deliver the shift\/line objectives by ensuring that the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements while meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs. \nManaging production effectively through operational reviews, use of Standard Routines and Basic Problem Solving tools to achieve sustainable results as well as drive continuous improvements.
\nMaintaining a safe working environment by ensuring proper housekeeping and adherence to all safety requirements.
\nEnsuring implementation of the development plan for team.
\nEnsuring constant dialogue with relevant stakeholders; i.e. shift teams, Production Manager and Engineering.
\nEnsuring smooth operation through effective staff management and deployment.<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7 Any Science based (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biological Sciences)
\n\u00b7 Experience in managing people<\/p>\n
\n\u00b7 Good verbal and written communications skills.
\n\u00b7 Results oriented
\n\u00b7 Ability to work with and lead diverse teams<\/p>\n
