QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum education qualification of a Bachelor degree (any subject). Leader of talent<\/strong>\u00a0– Evaluating marketing skills and competencies of the virtual team, initiating and implementing appropriate functional and leadership development plans that up-skill team competency in line with their personal growth plans Co-ordination of cross-functional teams<\/strong>, including Supply, Procurement, Logistics and Finance, Agency management<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 fresh, fluid and adaptive agency management \u2013 extending team accountabilities into their structure and embedding them in our process as critical partners. \nLeading portfolio growth through\u00a0consumer and category curiosity<\/strong>, bringing new ideas through insightful learnings and observed behaviors.
