\n\u2022 Develop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect the commission\u2019s aims and focus
\n\u2022 Overall responsibility of the recruitment process
\n\u2022 Evaluate and make recommendation on cost-effective training and development programmes
\n\u2022 Enforce HR best practice<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 12 years post (professional or post-graduate) qualification working experience. 3 years of which must be at Senior Management level in the public or private sector<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Extensive experience in a senior HR role
\n\u2022 Ability to influence decisions at all levels
\n\u2022 Strong track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
\n\u2022 Extensive experience of managing a team
\n\u2022 Faultless communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Thorough working knowledge of Ghana\u2019s employment legislation
