\n\u2022 To assist with the operations of the Broker-Dealers and Advisers Department<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Onsite and off-site inspections and reports of market operators
\n\u2022 Analyze financial and cocmpliance reports of the market operations
\n\u2022 Receipt and review of of monthly, quarterly and annual returns
\n\u2022 Process license applications
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance of market operators with statutory returns, rules, regulations and the Securities industry Act, 2016 (Act 929)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 CA\/ACCA, CIMA
\n\u2022 MBA Accounting\/Finance will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience in securities market operation is desirable
\n\u2022 A minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
\nCompetencies and skills
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience in securities market operations
\n\u2022 Must be computer literate
