\n\u2022 Recruitment and selection-direct and manage the recruitment and selection process and train line managers in interviewing and assessments procedures
\n\u2022 Performance management and improvement systems
\n\u2022 Organization development
\n\u2022 Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
\n\u2022 Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training
\n\u2022 Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
\n\u2022 Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 A minimum of 10 years experience in the industry of which 5 years must be in managerial position
\n\u2022 Experience in payroll and transport administration would be an added advantage
\n\u2022 Must be conversant with all the applicable Acts (Labour Legislation, etc)<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Be innovative, proactive and creative
\n\u2022 Be computer literate in Microsoft office word. Excel, power point, access etc
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt to challenging working environment and work under pressure
\n\u2022 Ability to motivate and drive growth
