In Ghana, we are the leading earthmover tyre management and service supplier employing over 100 staff across 8 locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Project Supervisor to join the company&#8217;s service team working on our Tarkwa operations.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will oversee the management and safe work performance of his team as well as assist the Project Manager in managing the daily operations of the site in a fast moving and challenging environment<\/p>\n<p>He\/she will maintain and look to continually improve the quality of service of the company by providing Field and Admin support to the Project Manager as required<br \/>\nThe duties and responsibilities above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and not necessarily all inclusive<\/p>\n<p>OTR is able to offer the successful candidate a competitive remuneration package structured around knowledge, experience and skills<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A minimum of 5 years proven technical or commercial experience<br \/>\nA demonstrable desire to learn and succeed<br \/>\nExcellent Tyre Fitting skills<br \/>\nKnowledge of how to carry out fleet pressures<br \/>\nExperience of working on Mine site<br \/>\nGood spoken and written English<br \/>\nKnowledge of time\/distance (TKPH) studies<br \/>\nA valid Commercial Vehicle License (Class F)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should submit their applications including CVs to:<strong> info@otrghana.com<\/strong> or 71 South Chapel Hill, P.
