\nThe College of Principal is to the chief academic, administrative and disciplinary officer and in that capacity shall, subject to the general direction of Council of the College, or policies that the Council may give:
\nEnsure the implementation of the decisions of the Council
\nExercise general authority over staff of the College<\/p>\n
\nThe appointment, assignment, remuneration and conditions of service of staff other than those determined by the Council
\nThe admission of students
\nThe discipline, supervision and dismissal of staff and students
\nThe preparation of the annual estimated of income and expenditure for consideration by Council
\nProviding Council with returns, reports and other relevant information as required<\/p>\n
\nThe candidate must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nSenior management experiences of at least five (5) years
\nExcellent interpersonal and communications skills and be a team player
\nBe able to provide leadership and provide confidence as well as direct and motivate staff
\nExtensive knowledge and experience in tertiary education landscape will be an added advantage<\/p>\n
